• Pursuant to industry standards for non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, Silvertip Sports Creative provides no refunds once an order is completed and the product download link is issued. As the consumer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site. In the event of a technical issue with a file, please contact directly and I will help you out as best as I can.

 

Refund Policy - Custom Assets

• To begin a project for your organization, a non-refundable deposit is required.
• The design process consists of multiple approval milestones; each stage requires a non-refundable progress payment to move to the next phase. These payments will be credited toward your final project total. This structure ensures dedicated time for your project and compensates myself for work completed at each stage.
• In the event of project cancellation, all previous payments are retained by Silvertip Sports Creative.
